Konferencja: „Starzenie się ludności, rynek pracy i finanse publiczne w Polsce” Podczas seminarium przedstawione zostaną najnowsze analizy związane ze skutkami starzenia się ludności w Polsce w dwóch newralgicznych sferach: rynku pracy oraz finansów publicznych i sytemu emerytalnego. Najnowsze analizy scenariuszowe/prognozy w horyzoncie 2050 roku pokażą skutki zmian demograficznych dla podaży pracy, zatrudnienia, bezrobocia, popytu na pracę cudzoziemców oraz PKB, a także wysokości emerytur oraz przychodów, wydatków i bilansu systemu emerytalnego oraz sektora finansów publicznych. Dyskusja obejmie także ocenę najważniejszych polityk przeciwdziałających skutkom starzenia się ludności, w szczególności dotyczących wieku emerytalnego, polityk wspierających aktywność zawodową kobiet i osób starszych, a także zmian w zakresie zasad waloryzacji i indeksacji świadczeń w systemie emerytalnym. Conference: "Population ageing, labour market and public finance in Poland" The conference is the opportunity to present latest analyses on effects of ageing of Polish population in two crucial areas: labour market as well as public finance and pension system. The latest scenario analyses and forecasts till year 2050 will show the impact of demographic changes on labour supply, employment, jobless rate, demand for foreigners’ jobs and country’s GDP. They will also outline possible developments of pensions payments together with future balance of pension system and public finance sector. The discussion will include also the assessment of most important anti-ageing policies, including changes in retirement age, labour market participation of women and people aged over 50 years, as well as changes in the indexation of pensions.
